CoSchedule Saves You Time While Increasing Productivity & Pageviews

CoSchedule Saves You Time While Increasing Productivity & Pageviews

I started blogging in Jan of 2014 and at the same time, CoSchedule, a brand new company was getting off of the ground. We crossed paths in June of 2014 and the rest, as they say, is history.  Here we are in the dawn of January and once again I am here singing it’s praises. I’ve written about them before, but they are always adding great new features!

If you are a blogger you know how many times you find a great new product or service that will save you time only to have it gone in a matter of months or so expensive that you can no longer afford it. I’m happy to say that CoSchedule is definitely not that kind of company. Three years now we’ve had a relationship and every year it has only gotten better. How many relationships can you say that about?

First, though, I want you to hear what they have to say. Watch this short video and fall in love with them just like I did.

CoSchedule from Garrett Moon on Vimeo.

The first thing you should know is that it all starts with a plugin. You install the Coschedule plugin and your WordPress site will change before your very eyes. It becomes an editorial calendar on steroids. You can write your post, and schedule all of your social media posts ALL. AT. THE. SAME. TIME.

I usually schedule my social media for the day I publish, the day after, a week after, a month after, and then once a month for a year. There are several different plans, but I go with the solo marketer subscription which is $39. They not only provide an impressive service, but they also provide ways to cut that price down.

For every referral that you bring in, they will deduct 10% off of your monthly subscription. Ten referrals and it’s free! Write a blog post just like this one they’ll knock off 50% of your payment for a year! I would still want to tell you all about it because it is just that awesome!

It’s so much more than just an editorial calendar and social media scheduler. You can not only hook it up to your WordPress site you can also connect it with Evernote and there is this amazing headline analyzer. You can also connect to your Google Calendar! On the subscription that I have I can hook up to 10 social media accounts. They hook up to everything! Facebook and Twitter of course, but also Pinterest and Instagram. Everything you need is right at your fingertips inside of your WordPress Dashboard or the Coschedule website.

I’m going to show you a bunch of images so that you can see what it looks like on the inside! If you decide you like it they offer a 14-day free trial and of course, if you write a review they will deduct 50% and you can pay monthly or get even more savings and pay annually. They have several different subscription packages to choose from and you can cancel at any time.

In this image which you will find if you scroll down in your blog post, you can schedule posts to all of your social media posts for any times that you want. I schedule all of my posts a year out.

You can also create a template that you can use over and over again. Just plug in your images and bam your posts go out at their scheduled times. What I mean by that is earlier I told you how I schedule my posts day, a day after, week, month, every month for a year. I have this template saved so that when my post is published it is scheduled to go out for a year! Now that I have my template saved I can add any images I want and it’s done! 5 minutes tops! For every post, you write. Can you imagine the amount of time you will have saved over that same year? Extra time that can be used for the other 9 million things on your to-do list!

If you decide to give it a try let me know what you think!

I use the headline tool from CoSchedule, and love it. I should consider getting the rest. Great stuff!

Wow, you are really organized! I have CoSchedule on my site but don’t use it as much as you. I think I’m just not as technically savvy as you are. But, now that I’ve read this post, I’m going to go back and try to use it more, as I sure could use the extra time. Happy New Year, Rena!

Hi! I’m Rena! I was a family caregiver for well over 10 years to my mom who had Alz & Metastatic Breast Cancer.

As with most caregivers, I’m also a wife, mom, grandmother, sister, friend and web designer.

I lost my mom on Jan 15, 2019, and now I’m trying to figure out what the rest of my life will look like.

This space is dedicated to all of the unpaid family caregivers. The world would stop spinning without you! It is also dedicated to the beautiful men & women who live with Alz every single day. You are always in my prayers.
