Welcome to a Secret Subject Swap. This month 4 brave bloggers picked a secret subject for someone else and were assigned a secret subject to interpret in their own style. Today we are all simultaneously divulging our topics and submitting our posts.
My “Secret Subject” is:
Do you believe in the concept of evil? Can a person be truly evil? Can they be truly 100% good?

Jenniy has always come up with such deep subjects that really make you think about the world we live in and I love that!
Do I believe in the concept of evil?
Yes, I do. I think there are certain people who whether from the environment or from their DNA I don’t know. I would say a little bit of both, but I also think that there are some people who have serious mental health issues that have been ignored by a country that thinks only the top 1% should have therapy.
I watch a lot of crime reconstruction shows and some of those stories of the people who commit these crimes are evil. There’s no doubt, but I think people can be rehabilitated. I’ve seen it with my own eyes. IF they really want to change.
So many of these crimes, though, go right back to mental health. We cannot ignore it any longer. MENTAL HEALTH is important and would drop crime rates drastically in my opinion.
As an empath, I feel it from both sides. Most people are hurting inside from something and some of these hurts can twist a person so much that they would do things that normal healthy people wouldn’t.
I have to draw the line, though, at hurting children, our seniors, or animals. These groups are defenseless and it’s up to us to protect them from people who have evil in their hearts.
Can a person be 100% good?
I don’t think so. I think that most of us do the best we can when we can and just try to do the right thing, but sometimes it doesn’t work out that way. Good people can do bad things just bad people can do good things.
I think we have both in us to a point and we CHOOSE which one we go with. Just like I always tell my grandchildren, “NEVER LET YOUR ANGER WIN. IF YOU DO YOU’VE ALREADY LOST“.
