One of the scariest things you can face, be it yourself or a loved one, is a stroke. I witnessed my BIL having a stroke quite a few years ago and it was absolutely terrifying. Luckily for him, and us, his wife knew what she was looking at and called 911 immediately. He was rushed to the hospital and given a brand new drug (back then) called TPA.
The medicine’s effects were amazing. Within hours his stroke had reversed itself and he was back to his old self. One thing that I’ll always remember, time matters and what to look for so when I was contacted by Crouse Hospital in Syracuse, NY because they wanted to share this amazing graphic called “Moments Matter”. I was super excited. It’s a complete resource guide that covers everything that you need to know about a stroke.
I think education is the key to health and I am thrilled to share this with all of you! Please share!
What a great graphic. I know how terrifying and debilitating a stroke can be. I think it’s just amazing that there now is such a thing as TPA. I hope someday there will be something available to people at risk of having a stroke that they can actually have in their home.
Thanks Karen! That would be so amazing!
Great public service announcement! See the signs is no time to debate but to act! Like a personal earth quack, take action quickly!

This is absolute key info, Rena! And the graphics, so easy to grasp. Hope you’re doing not too bad? Sending lots of love! xx Abby
Thanks Abby! I’m doing well now!
While it’s too late for my ex, this info could be extremely helpful to someone else. And yes, the TPA saved his life.
